All prices are quoted per kilogram unless otherwise stated. Pricesare subject to change and will be confirmed at the point of order. Pricing iscalculated using the prevailing exchange rate on the day payment is received.
All orders require full payment in advance. We operate on a full prepayment basis only. Goods will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received.
All goods are sold as described and graded at the time of sale. As second-hand goods, buyers accept that items may show signs of wear consistent with their grade. Grade descriptions are provided in good faith based on our standard grading practices.
5.Export and import
Next Best Clothing Ltd exports goods worldwide. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the importation of goods into their country complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and customs requirements.
Buyers may arrange their own transport or request advice on suitable freight and logistics partners. Next Best Clothing Ltd can provide guidance on sea freight and road transport but accepts no liability for third party logistics providers.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon collection from our warehouse or as otherwise agreed in writing at the time of order.
